Hi! My name is Shauna Delafraz Gabay and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I have a passion for living a healthy, happy and balanced life!
Before becoming a health coach, I was working in the medical field as the Clinical Research Coordinator in the cardiology department. Although I loved what I was doing, I felt stuck in my job and well-being. I was stressed, sleep deprived, and had digestive issues.
Since graduating from Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’ve been able to cure myself of habits that were not serving me, while creating new ones to finally give me control of my life. Needless to say, I am now the healthiest and happiest I have ever been! The most fulfilling part of this journey is having the privilege to help others do the same thing.
